Implemented solution
Data collection studies were carried out in the tensioning line with defectively manufactured bobbins on the line flowing over 500 m/min. After this study, the errors to be detected in modeling and training studies were tested. After a period of model improvement studies, tests were carried out with live data. At the same time, a heat map study was carried out to determine which regions of the manufactured product were faulty.
Project Results
Previously, many errors could be overlooked in visual checks due to human-induced situations. When the system was commissioned, the missed errors did not reach the customer, and there was a decrease in disconnection problems.
