Implemented solution

During the data collection process, the operators carried out labeling and training activities with the rims not welded by the operators, depending on the manual quality control process. Tests were carried out with defects in different positions of the rim.

Project Results

Previously, many errors could be overlooked in visual checks due to human-induced situations. When the system was commissioned, missed errors did not reach the customer. The operators later corrected incomplete welds.
